Have spoken with the OneFamily where they had confirmed that all departments are experiencing delays due to one of their child trust fund products maturing, meaning that their admin team are extremely busy. They are hoping that they will catch up with this backlog in the next week or two.
OneFamily advise to call between the hours of 4pm and 5:30pm, as this is their quietest time. Timescales are approximately 3 weeks.
