i was wondering if you could help me with Nationwide. I sent two LOAs to Nationwide on the 10th March in the post to the above address, I haven’t received any correspondence as of yet, and as you have mentioned below they don’t really have an option to speak them as financial advisers.
Are you aware of their timescale?

Hi Abigail,
I managed to get a general update from the call handler.
They have been experiencing issues with Royal Mail, which has lead to several delays. They did confirm that the ‘Pipers Way’ address is the correct address to send to, and advised that it can take up to 10 working days for a response to be issued.
They said if you haven’t heard back by the end of next week, then give them a call – 0345 730 2011.
