Recently we have found that when calling Scottish Widows we are having to wait up to 45 mins per call to speak to someone. We have found calling first thing in the day or towards the end of the day seems to be the best time to call. However, despite the extended call wait times, we have not found any real delays in their turnaround times, and seem to receive our responses within 10 working days
