Have spoken to Scottish Widows on 0800 032 1260 where they have confirmed that they are now back to normal turnaround times, and are quoting 10 working days for work to be completed
I have today spoken with Scottish Widows. Their timescales for company pensions are now approximately 40 working days. These plans usually start with Z0(zero).
