Have spoken with the NS&I today in regards to their LOA’s, they have advised me that going forward, they no longer accept LOA’s on third party templates, and require them to be complete on their template, which can be found on the adviser page of their website. Please also note, that their call waiting times are in excess of up to 40 minutes.
