Signs of light at the end of the L&G tunnel
During the past few months, L&G have been one of the hardest hit providers, resulting in them being unable to provide timescales since the end of March…. Until now.
Today we were informed that L&G are aiming for (whisper it) a 5-15 working day timescale. Now, not every call handler is quoting timescales, but this shows that they are beginning to see their backlog of requests reduce, and believe they are in a position to tentatively quote timescales again.
